Mr. Adebanji Dada
Adebanji is Company Secretary and Director of Legal Services at Hotspot Network Limited. He is a legal practitioner and one of the founding Partners at Greenbridge Partners coordinating Corporate Governance, Foreign Investment, and Alternative to Dispute Resolution (ADR) areas of practice.
He has served on different corporate boards, both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, in the United States and Nigeria. At various times, Adebanji has worked with law firms in the United States of America and Nigeria.
He obtained LL.B, LL.M, and MBA degrees from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, Chicago, U.S.A., and Nottingham University Business School, Nottingham, United Kingdom, respectively.
