Design and Installation of 2Mbps (E1) point to point (Digital
Microwave LOS Link) to the local PTT (NITEL) between the
PTI and the NITEL telephone exchange at Warri.

The link shall have an initial capacity of 2Mbps (E1) and will
operate in a 1+1 hot standby, redundant configuration,
providing up to 30 voice channels.
