Okezie is a Principal Partner at Libera Partners, a Washington DC based Business Development and Strategic Advisory Firm.
Prior to launching Libera, he was a Vice President at Emerging Capital Partners (ECP), where he was part of a team that invested and managed $1.6 billion of private equity funds in emerging markets with a focus on Africa. While at ECP, he co-led and participated in the development and post-investment management of over $200 million portfolio covering Telecommunications, Financial Services, Logistics, Chemical/Industrial Companies, Oil and Gas and Agro-Allied businesses.
Prior to ECP, he was with Exxon Mobil’s Upstream Operations in Nigeria. Okezie holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania and a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife in Nigeria.

Engineer Morenikeji Aniye (FNSE) a fellow Nigerian institute of engineer, fellow Nigerian Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineer, fellow Nigerian Institute of Management Consultants and fellow chartered institute of project managers of Nigeria is the Founder/CEO of Hotspot Network Limited. He is a dynamic and talented entrepreneur with many years of experience working at top management level in the major telecom service providers in Nigeria. Prior to setting up his firm, he was at one time the MD/CEO of Abuja Connect, and has worked as one of the pioneer RF planning and Optimisation Engineers, RF Technical Specialist with MTN in Nigeria and South Africa. He owns a first degree in Electrical Electronics Engineering from the University of Ilorin.
He has over 20 years’ experience in telecommunications including about 16 years in the design, implementation and quality management of commercial wireless networks at different stages of growth. Also, he has over 16 years emerging market experience in the highly dynamic Nigerian telecommunications market.
His key strengths include management of end to end wireless network solution planning and overall network quality management, resource optimisation, customer relationship management, business development, human capacity development and a high level of technology trend and commercial awareness.
Engineer Aniye’s immediate goals include employing technical expertise and overall technical and commercial work experience in making key contributions to development and actualisation of corporate competitive strategy.
Primarily a product of the public education system in Nigeria, he is passionate about the revitalisation and continued development of the education system in Nigeria. Specifically, he is committed to expanding access to affordable and high quality whole school improvement, teacher and administrator professional development programmes in the public and low fee paying private education sectors.
An entrepreneur at heart, Engineer Aniye, has a very good balance of technical awareness, management experience and a strong objective of making the organisation successful.
His area of expertise is telecommunications- and IT-organisations.
Engineer Aniye’s specialty is creating and developing new services, whether in a start-up or an established company, he also enjoys the art of conceptualisation, creation and always ensures that all the pieces, be they frontend or backend, function according to the agreed specifications and parameters. He also functions well in local organisations or when interfacing with teams across multiple sites.
His major achievements include, growing MTN Network in Abuja region from 3 base stations to 500 base stations before exiting the organisation in 2005 as the 1st RF engineer in northern Nigeria.
On secondment with MTN international (SA), year 2004 to assist with dual network rollout and new innovations at test centre Newlands, Johannesburg, SA, Engineer Aniye successfully handled the first radio network access swap out in MTN Nigeria (Northern Region) in 2005 and swapped out completely almost 200 base stations from Ericsson to Huawei .
He worked briefly as a director with Unicorn divine technologies ltd, closing deals valued at close to $1.5 million with 4G Technologies, SA/Zain Nigeria.
He worked with ZAIN Nigeria, now Airtel, between 2006 Jan- 2008 January; Radio Network Planning and Optimisation Manager, North Central Region, managing the radio network planning and optimisation activities for the region.
Engineer Aniye founded a company called Verreaux Technologies LTD in 2004 and successfully grew it from the scratch to an enviable position.
He also founded Hotspot Network Limited from the scratch, grew the asset base and successfully hit a turnover of 1 billion naira in 2014.
He personally believes that information technology, when applied skilfully and with purpose, is the answer to many of the challenges facing modern organisations today.
Till date, he is the Founder/Chief Executive Officer, Hotspot Network Limited. (Collocation and Infrastructure sharing company), reporting to the board.
Engineer Aniye provides leadership and oversight, has overall accountability for companies’ (ICT/Telecoms) managed service across the country. He articulates, review and implements companies’ corporate strategy, goal and objectives.
Engineer Aniye is a member, Project Management Institute; member, Nigeria Institute of Management; member, Institute of Electrical Electronics Engineering; Fellow Nigeria Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (FNIEEE), Fellow Nigeria Society of Engineers (FNSE), Fellow Nigeria institute Of Management Consultant and a member, fellow chartered institute of project managers of Nigeria, Member Council of Registered Engineers (COREN).
Morenikeji Aniye has attended a number of capacity building and development programs in Asia, Africa, and Europe. He has acquired numerable skills ranging from Management, Technical and Leadership skills while at MTN. Engr. Morenikeji Aniye, hold a traditional title of Aare-Asiwaju from Ilogbo-Ekiti.
Engr. Morenikeji Aniye hail from Alamoye quarters from Igede-Ekiti, who and is married to Mrs ‘Bukola Aniye, has three lovely children namely Oluwadarasimi,Oluwademilade and Oluwadamitan Aniye.

Vice President / Executive Director
Mr. Charles Iyoha
Charles is the Vice President of Hotspot Network Limited. He has over 18 years experience in the Telecoms/ICT industry. He started his career at Mobile Telephone Ltd (MTEL), the mobile arm of the defunct Nigerian Telecommunications Limited (NITEL) as a Junior Administrative Level.
He joined MTN Nigeria in 2001 where he worked in billing unit, finance, collections, marketing, and customer relations. He was also part of the startup team that helped start up MTN Iran, in Tehran, Iran.
Some of his achievements at MTN include group CEO award for Innovation, (part of the team that initiated BOGOF), Yello Star Award (Regional) and MTN Policy Award for leading team lead that started and completed the formulation of Policies, Processes and Procedure (PPPs) which is still in use today for
the Customer Relations Department.
Charles joined Verraux Technologies Limited as the Head of Marketing and Strategy and later appointed the Chief Operating Officer. He has since been responsible for end to end projects and operations of the Company and has oversight over marketing, strategy and public relations. He is a graduate of Political
Science and International Relations from the University of Abuja. He is an alumnus of the Senior Management Programme (SMP) of the Lagos Business School. He is also a Project Management Professional, a member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations and has several ICT certifications.

Chief Operating Officer /Executive Director
Mr. Adesola Soetan
Adesola is an Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer at Hotspot Network Limited. He has over a decade of experience as a project manager employing global Project Management standards including OUM, Prince2, Agile Sprint and PMP to deliver projects, majorly IT solutions for the educational, financial and telecommunications sector to public and private sector customers.
Adesola started his career at TARA Systems Ltd as Support Analysts and then moved on to head the IT Unit of Denham Management Ltd (now Chapel Hill Denham). He later joined Alteq ICT to manage the eServe program for the administration of former FCT Minister and now former Governor Mallam Nasir el-Rufai in Abuja.
He moved to Verraux Technologies as Head of Operations while managing the Nation-Wide Rollout of the School Access Program – a localized version of the Intel World Ahead initiative supported by the Universal Service Provision Fund with a seed funding of N1 billion, for one of the subsidiaries of Alteq (Technology Support Center); Verraux provided Satellite solutions for delivering online content to secondary schools.
He is a graduate of International Relations from Obafemi Awolowo University (O.A.U) Ile-Ife Osun State Nigeria. He is an Oracle Certified Associate, holds an Executive Masters Certificate from the Project Management College UK, and a certified Lead Information Security Auditor from the British Standard Institute in Dubai.

Mr. Adebanji Dada
Adebanji is the Chief Legal Officer at Hotspot Network Limited. He is a legal practitioner and one of the founding Partners at
Greenbridge Partners coordinating Corporate Governance, Foreign Investment and Alternative to Dispute Resolution (ADR) areas of practice.
He has served on different corporate boards, both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, in the United States and Nigeria. At various times, Adebanji has worked with law firms in the United States of America and Nigeria.
He obtained LL.B, LL.M and MBA degrees from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, Chicago, U.S.A. and Nottingham University Business School, Nottingham, United Kingdom, respectively.

Mr. Francis H. ABU
Mr Francis H. Abu is a Non- Executive director at Hotspot Group Limited.
He is a qualified engineer and engineering graduate from Federal University of Technology Minna, Niger State. He was the best graduating student during his set.
He is an entrepreneur per excellence. He has chains of business. He started his stint with the telecoms industry as a pioneer staff of MTN Nigeria in 2002. He is an owner CEO and established Wagitel Group with interest in Power, telecoms, real estate, oil & gas products marketing with strong passion to make the company a world class. Wagitel Group comprises of Wagitel Technologies Limited, Wagitel Nigeria Limited, Wagitel Oil & Gas Ltd and Wagitel Estate Limited.

Mrs. Zainab Mustapha Jaji
Mrs. Zainab Mustapha Jaji is the CEO/ Managing Partner of ZMJ Integrated Services Ltd, a consulting firm with focus on Project management, Monitoring and Evaluation and Social Entrepreneurship. She is also a Director in numerous other establishments.
Mrs. Jaji is well experienced in corporate policy and process management, business development, stakeholder management and operations management.
She is a graduate of Politics and International Relations from the University of Warwick and a Masters degree holder in International Relations from the University of Reading both in the United Kingdom.
She holds many memberships and affiliations locally and internationally.

Ms. Chinenye Uwanaka
Ms. Chinenye Uwanaka is the Founder and Managing Partner of The Firma Advisory – a boutique law and Consulting Firm in Nigeria with clients in Africa, Middle-east, Europe and America. Some of the firm’s core practice areas include; Energy Law, Information Technology, Intellectual Property and so on. She is also the Founder and CEO of The Firma Foods and The Firma Energy, which focus on impact investments in agriculture and renewable energy.
She is an International Speaker & Instructor who has convened, hosted and moderated several stakeholder engagements, conferences and webinars with Government Agencies, Policymakers, World Renowned Experts, International Economists and World class Entertainers, Record label Bosses & Managers.
Ms. Uwanaka has collaborated on projects with The World Bank, European Centre for Electoral Support (ECES), African Export-Import Bank (Afrexim Bank), Nigerian Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA), NITDA, Development Bank of Nigeria amongst others.
Ms. Chinenye Uwanaka holds a Diploma in French, a Bachelor degree in Law from the University of Essex United Kingdom and an Executive Management certificate from the Harvard Kennedy School, United States of America.
She has won many awards including a ‘Social Impact Award’ from the Vice President of Nigeria, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, for her efforts in improving access to Justice and pro-bono legal aid in Nigeria.
