Mr. Mahmoud Cigari
Mahmoud is the Chief Enterprise Officer at Hotspot Network Limited. He possesses a cumulative 7 years working experience in Telecom, IT, Renewable Energy and Geographic Information System. He started his career with the project management department of Phase3 Telecom as a Project Assistant. He also worked as an IT Support officer with Golden Green Energy Limited. Prior to joining Hotspot Network Limited, Mahmoud worked with Kano Geographic Information System (KANGIS) as the Head of Recovery Unit, charged with responsibility of populating and updating digitized Geo-data; before that he was the GIS Supervisor charged with Data Analysis and Quality Control.
He has an Msc. in Environmental Technology from the University of Wolverhampton, UK and a Bsc. in Business Information Technology from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, Malaysia. He also has a diploma and advance diploma in Computing from Informatics Institute, Kazaure, Jigawa as well as a Professional Diploma in Mass Communication from Bayero University, Kano.
