Mr. Francis Okonkwo

Francis is the RAN expert at Hotspot Group Limited. He has over fifteen years’ experience in the Telecommunications industry and technical project management. As a RAN solution architect, he has delivered several telecommunications and multi-technology ICT projects.

He has worked in several multinational companies (ProcomTel, LucraTel, CELCOM, VMOBILE, CELTEL, ZAIN, AIRTEL, ERICSSON Nigeria, ERICSSON South Africa, QISYS Technology Limited), where he received numerous strong ICT/telecoms and project management training and courses.

His employment background provided him experience in multi-cultural environments, having related and also travelled to different parts of the world for either training or ICT projects deliver both On-site and remotely. He has a sturdy analytical and problem-solving skills and has interfaced proactively with vendors/operators/customers to identify technical requirements and translated them into additional business opportunities and relationships.

Francis received a Bachelor of Science Degree certificate with a major in Physics from the University of Nigeria, Enugu State. He has several trainings and certifications from most ICT companies he has worked with and also Ericsson Sweden and Ericsson South Africa, where he received Certifications in Leadership for Professionals and Consulting Campus. He is currently taking a CISSP course in Cybersecurity.
